Wellness is an all-encompassing notion that includes finding fulfillment on three levels of human living. The first level is physical well-being, which we simply call well. The second level of wellness is mental wellness, which we call wise. The third level of wellness involves finding personal meaning in your life, which we call whole. At every life step and stage we seek to become, and remain: well, wise, and whole.
